Joe Huczek

Founder and President

Joe is founder and president of Main Street Homes. He has managed and delivered more than 2,000 new homes, ranging from $200,000 starter homes to $20-million and up intracoastal homes and ocean-front penthouses.

After directing operations for a prominent, multi-million-dollar homebuilder of ultra-luxury homes in Naples, Florida, Joe returned to Michigan to fulfill a long-time dream of starting his own custom home-building company.

Prior to founding Main Street Homes, Joe spent many years managing construction teams for large-scale, production homebuilders where he earned a reputation for controlling costs, thanks to his estimating and purchasing skills.

Raised in Ann Arbor, Joe has a deep connection to the local community and understands the local economy. He is a Construction Management graduate of Ferris State University and was a recipient of the Henry S. Landau Scholarship through the Washtenaw County Student Builders Association.

Joe is currently the Association president and is also on the board of directors of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor. He is a licensed Residential Builder.
